Our Story

We watched as great ideas died in silos. As culture got reduced to pizza parties and pulse surveys. As the people who actually cared—the glue, the organizers, the vibe-holders—kept showing up without recognition, resources, or real power.

Meanwhile, leaders were handed the impossible task of "fixing culture" from the top down. Spoiler: it doesn't work. Because culture isn't a program. It's people. And the best culture doesn't trickle down—it rises up.

That's why we built Longbe. Not as another workplace tool, but as a platform for workplace democracy. A space where anyone—yes, anyone—can shape how their team connects, grows, and belongs. Where creativity is currency, and every voice has value.

We believe in co-creation over control. In movements over mandates. In building community, not compliance.

So we created Buzz—a gamified, bottom-up system where employees fund the activities they actually care about.
